Travel Service Pricing

• To begin the quoting and planning process, I require a $75 upfront planning fee. This covers the research, time, and detailed work that goes into crafting personalized travel options for you. Once you decide to move forward and we complete your booking, the remaining $75 becomes due.

• This split-payment policy is designed with you in mind it allows me to dedicate the time and expertise needed to design your trip while giving you the flexibility to review options without paying the full planning fee upfront. If you decide not to travel or the options I present aren’t the right fit, you are only responsible for the initial $75. Once you’re ready to book, the second half simply completes your planning fee.

Your planning fee gives you access to a fully personalized, concierge-level travel experience from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect:

You’ll receive a beautifully organized, interactive itinerary that includes your quoted options — hotels, transfers, flights (if requested), tours, and more. You can view, approve, and pay for everything in one secure place, making the process simple and stress-free.

✔️ Hand-Selected Recommendations
I research and curate the best options based on your travel style, budget, and must-haves. Every quote is tailored specifically for you, never automated, never copy-and-paste.

✔️ Travel Insurance Guidance
I help you with providing quotes to multiple choices of coverage for you to choose the right insurance protection for your trip, giving you peace of mind before you travel.

✔️ Excursions, Tours & Add-Ons
Whether it's a romantic dinner, adventure tour, guided experience, or relaxation add-on, I help you find and book the perfect activities to elevate your trip.

✔️ Concierge-Level Service
I’m with you every step of the way... before, during, and after your travels. From answering questions to handling special requests to being available if something unexpected comes up on the road, you’re never alone in the process.

✔️ Ongoing Support
Price checks, reservation monitoring, travel reminders, document organization I take care of the details so you can simply enjoy your vacation.

For group travel, you receive everything included in my standard trip planning fee, but the pricing is structured a little differently to reflect the added coordination and support that group trips require.

🔹 Group Planning Fee:

• $50 per person

• Every 11th traveler is complimentary (a thank-you perk for organizing a group!)

• A group is defined as 4 or more rooms or 10 or more travelers

🔹 Host Responsibility:

• The group host pays the initial $150 to begin planning and quoting the trip.

• After that, the remaining group planning fees ($50 per person) can either:

  • Be paid upfront by the host, or

  • Be added to each traveler’s individual booking, whichever works best for the group.

This structure ensures that every traveler receives the same concierge-level service — from the initial planning to the final documents, while giving the host flexibility in how the group planning costs are handled.

Group Perks are available based on size and destination.

This includes personalized recommendations tailored to your preferences, handling all reservations and confirmations, monitoring your bookings for updates or promotions, and being your go-to support before and during travel. From the moment we begin until you return home, I’ll make sure the details are taken care of—so you can relax, feel confident, and simply enjoy a smooth, stress-free trip.
