Worth the Miles Travel provides travel planning services for the fees listed below:
To begin work, an initial payment of $25 is required. Once fee is paid in full, Worth the Miles Travel will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip.
Service Fee Structure
Initial Consultation Fee: $ 25 (unless otherwise agreed upon)
Planning Fee: $150
Trip Cancellation Fee/ Replan Fee*: $100 (in addition to supplier penalties) *Trip is cancelled and rebooked with different itinerary.
Group Travel: Pricing will vary depending on the size of group.
All return clients will receive a 10% discount off!
By signing below, I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party Worth the Miles Travel's Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are [cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services]. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that any un-used portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip.
